Gitesi Coffee Washing Station Ltd (GCWS LTD) is a private company in coffee value chain located in the Karongi District of Rwanda’s Western Province, founded by Alexis GAHIZI in 2010. Currently Gitesi Coffee Washing Station is owned by Alexis GAHIZI and his son Aimé DUSABE GAHIZI who is the Managing Director.
Gitesi CWS produces and washes high-quality Arabica coffee from the Western Highlands of Rwanda. GITESI Coffee Washing Station is contributing the best part in this business.

Since opening its operations in 2010, Gitesi has expanded its mission beyond producing quality coffee to revitalizing and serving the Karongi region. All of Gitesi’s employees and farmers are neighbors to the Coffee Washing Station. Gitesi CWS thereby offers community members an opportunity to build skillsets and earn income.
GITESI COFFEE WASHING STATION won the first prize during the 2012 cup of excellence competition. We garnered more than 90% of the marks winning other coffees in Rwanda.
